This small winery, which was taken over in 1995, appeared in the guide for the first time and was awarded a heartbeat! The soils of the village of Saint-Vincent de Pertignas, whose charming Romanesque church overlooks the Gamage basin, have borne the Merlot (55%) and Cabernets (25% Franc) that make up this very beautiful wine: a supple, slender, lovely, but also dense and solid body: a precious symphony of aromas of ripe fruit, buttery pastries, fine vanilla and smoky wood. The long finish testifies to real skill and the expert advice of Gilles Pauquet.
